Property development finance and bridging lender Blend Network has appointed Chloe Stidston-Lewis, former portfolio analyst at Propfin, as a lending associate.

 

Prior to Propfin, Stidston-Lewis was an underwriter at Avamore.

This appointment follows a period of rapid expansion at Blend Network, with the business reporting that lending is up by 200% year-on-year so far in 2020.

Blend Network has stated that it will continue to expand its team over the coming months and is actively looking to recruit individuals with experience across property and finance, as well as junior analysts looking to build a career in FinTech.
