Headquartered in Billericay, Essex, The Brightstar Group which also incorporates Sirius Property Finance, secured a best companies score of 874.2 for people engagement this year, compared to the 844 it achieved last year when it won both the Best Small Company to work for in the UK and the Best Overall Company to work for in the East of England.
The Brightstar Group also received a Three Star Best Companies accreditation which is awarded to companies that have demonstrated extraordinary levels of workplace engagement.
It is the first time that any business from any industry has topped the list for two years running.
