Clydesdale withdraws from bridging market

Clydesdale Bank has confirmed they will not be extending their bridging loan pilot.

The bank launched the scheme in February of this year which was carried out in conjunction with 11 brokers.

A spokesperson from Clydesdale said: “We can confirm we will not be extending our bridging loan pilot.

“We will continue to focus on our core propositions across the residential and buy to let market.

“All applications up to COB Monday 11November will be honoured and supported through the pipeline to completion.”
