CSF launches THRIVE campaign

As part of its commitment to support mental health and wellbeing in the specialist finance sector, Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has launched its newest campaign – THRIVE.

This launch follows the success of its previous campaign, which explored mental health and intermediaries’ experiences during the pandemic.

CSF will be taking a temperature check of mortgage brokers’ attitudes and wellbeing, consumer insight will also be sought, as will commentary from specialist lenders.

The results will be used to create an eBook report which will be shared in October 2021.

There will also be a series of campaign activities designed to provide real-life stories and informative guidance for mortgage brokers to thrive in the coming year.

Launching the 'Thrive with…' series will see Crystal offer expert guidance on how to seize opportunities and get the best from specialist finance solutions.

It also plans to focus on solving mortgage broker’s every day challenges with virtual skills workshops with industry experts or free resources to help sharpen your skillsets.

Jason Berry, group sales and marketing director of CSF, will also be continuing his interview series, this time joined by sporting personalities and business entrepreneurs to discuss the motivational mindset.

Berry said: “The THRIVE campaign is all about gathering a better understanding of how brokers are coping in a post-COVID landscape as well as pinpointing areas for development, growth and success in the coming year.

"It’s all about asking the big questions, not being afraid to hear the answers and understanding what skills/knowledge is required to thrive in the current environment.

“During September, we will be asking brokers to complete a quick and easy survey.

"Respondents will be in with a chance of winning either a Fitbit Versa 2 Fitness Smartwatch or a unique Quartz Crystal and will also receive exclusive early access when the eBook is published. So, watch this space.”
