Enra Group has acquired specialist master broker Vantage Finance.

Vantage will retain its location, staff and name but will look to accelerate growth with the help of the wider group.

Emily Gestetner, chief financial officer of Enra Group, said: “This is a significant step for Enra.

“Vantage’s specialist mortgage broking expertise underpins the group’s leading presence in specialist distribution, where Enterprise Finance is already a leading master broker.

“As the group develops new specialist lending propositions in these areas, this acquisition marks our intent toachieve our goal of being the UK’s biggest specialist mortgage business.”

The group already owns second charge broker Enterprise Finance and bridging lender West One Loans.
