Gaffa Property secures loan from Cambridge & Counties Bank
Gaffa Property Investments Ltd, a Caerphilly-based property investor, has secured a £245,000 semi-commercial loan from Cambridge & Counties Bank.
The purpose of the loan is to assist with the purchase and redevelopment of a set of four commercial units and a residential property in Ystrad Mynach.
The four commercial properties include a number of local businesses such as an estate agent, beauty salon and coffee shop.
