Specialist bridging lender Hope Capital has appointed three members of staff, Georgina Roscoe as PA to chief executive Jonathan Sealey, Joanne McGillicuddy as underwriting assistant while Yvonne Dunn starts as admin assistant.

Specialist bridging lender Hope Capital has appointed three members of staff, Georgina Roscoe as PA to chief executive Jonathan Sealey, Joanne McGillicuddy as underwriting assistant while Yvonne Dunn starts as admin assistant.

Since June 2016,Hope has doubled its workforce to 14 staff with five new joiners in this year and now over 70% of its staff are female.

Jonathan Sealey, chief executive, Hope Capital said:“We have had a very successful year so far, with a 30% increase on our loan book in the first three months of 2018. To continue to grow, we need to bring people who can help us achieve our targets.

“Georgina, Joanne and Yvonne will play key roles in that growth, and we are delighted to welcome them all to the team.

"We will be moving to a new and bigger office in the next month, and will then be looking to take on more people in all areas of the business to help us achieve our ambitious expansion plans.”

Roscoe is an executive assistant with more than 20 years' experience, having previously held positions at international law firms in the City of London includingCooley LLPand Bircham Dyson Bell.

Her mainresponsibilities will be to support Jonathan in his activity to achieve the goals of the business.

McGillicuddy joins as Hope as underwriting assistant and brings with her experience of working to tight time constraints and proactively liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.

In her new role at Hope, McGillicuddy willprovide financial and administrative support to the underwriting team, to maintain up to date and accurate case data and ensure that all data meets data protection requirements.

InDunn’srole of admin assistant she will assist with the smooth running of the office.
