Keystone launches full API integration with Twenty7Tec

Keystone Property Finance has launched a full API integration with Twenty7Tec’s application submission system, MortgageApply.

The integration will enable all Mortgage Advice Bureau’s brokers to source the best buy-to-let mortgage for their client’s needs, and then submit both an AIP and full application directly into Keystone Property Finance without the need to rekey client information.

David Whittaker (pictured), chief executive of Keystone Property Finance, said: ‘We are always looking for ways of using technology to improve the customer journey for our brokers.

“We have now successfully integrated with Twenty7Tec’s Mortgage Apply system allowing brokers to submit full applications directly to us via the platform. This has been an exciting project for us and one we hope will have a great benefit for our brokers.’’

In addition, the broker will be able to track and update any submitted application via MortgageApply.

Phil Bailey, sales and marketing director at Twenty7Tec, added: “Keystone have been a pleasure to work with, delivering real benefits through the integration of technology.

“This link is all about the intermediary, removing much of the heavy lifting, rekey of data and adding efficiencies.

“With more and more lenders committing to MortgageApply, 2019 is fast becoming the connected world everyone has been waiting for. Fantastic to see Keystone embracing technology and understanding the value of the intermediary.’’

Peter Brodnicki, chief executive of Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Using technology to significantly enhance the customer and broker experience is a priority for MAB, which is why we have backed Twenty7Tec’s plans for MortgageApply from the outset.

“We are extremely pleased to see so many lenders planning their launches this year. The future has arrived, with many more exciting developments to come.”

Keystone Property Finance is the first specialist buy-to-let lender to offer a full application functionality using this technology, which is now live to all Mortgage Advice Bureau’s brokers who have access to Twenty7Tec’s MortgageApply system.

To celebrate the launch of this new API integration Keystone will offer a bottle of Chapel Down English sparkling wine to the first 20 full applications submitted via MortgageApply.
