Landbay partners with Primis Mortgage Network
Specialist buy-to-let (BTL) lender Landbay has partnered with mortgage and protection network Primis Mortgage Network.
Primis’ brokers and their landlord clients will be able to access Landbay’s range of both mainstream and specialist buy-to-let mortgage products through its online intermediary portal.
Primis’ broker members will be able to use Landbay’s products to cater for a range of cases, including portfolio landlords, first-time landlords, houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs), day one remortgages, limited companies and new build properties.
The broker network will also have direct access to Landbay’s underwriting team, post-case submission and case tracking.
