NatWest has introduced rate changes to its core and semi-exclusive ranges of residential and buy-to-let purchase mortgages and remortgages.

For shared equity, there’s selected 2-year fixed rate purchases, increases of 15bps and 5-year fixed rate purchases, increases of 1bps on 70% and 75% loan-to-value deals.

NatWest’s Help to Buy Shared Equity scheme consists of a selected 2-year fixed rate purchase, increases of 15bps an a 5-year fixed rate purchase, rises of 1bps on 70% and 75% LTV deals.

A NatWest Intermediary Solutions spokesman saidd: “Having reviewed our portfolio we have made some adjustments to rates to reflect the current market conditions and balance our mix of business.”

For residential deals there’s a selected 2-year fixed rate purchase, increases of between 1-15bps and a 5-year fixed rate purchase with increases of 1bps on 60% and 95% LTV deals.

In a semi-exclusive range for residential deals there’s a selected 5-year fixed rate purchase, with increases of between one and 5bps and a selected 5-year fixed rate remortgage, of rises between one and 6bps.

And for buy-to let, some 2-year fixed rate purchases have increases of one to 3bps, some 5-year fixed rate purchases have between 6 and 11bps and for some 5-year fixed rate purchases, there’s increases of between 6 and 11bps.

For buy-to-let remortgages there’s selected 2-year fixed rate purchases of increases of between one and 6bps and some 2-year fixed rate remortgages of between 2 and 3bps.
