Two regional directors leave Amicus

Amicus Property Finance divisional directors, Yasin Patel and Shoaib Bux have left ‘to pursue new opportunities’.

The pair have been divisional directors since October 2015. Before that they were at Mayfair Bridging, which was acquired by Amicus in 2015.

Bux said: ''Working at Amicus has been a fantastic learning experience and I am thankful for the skills acquired.

“We have made many friends and wish to give a personal thank you to Keith Aldridge, Steven Clark and James Weaver for giving us the opportunity.''

Patel added: “It has been a pleasure working at Amicus, and we leave with a wealth of knowledge for the next phase of our journey.”

Keith Aldridge, managing director at Amiucs, said. “I would like to thank Yasin and Shoaib for playing such a key role in the evolution of our business.

“As we complete our strategic review and planning for 2019 and beyond, I am very positive about the opportunities and potential for significant growth of our business in the North of England and I wish Yasin and Shoaib well in their next venture.

“For now, it’s business as usual for all our Manchester clients – we have already relocated Reim Medhurst to our London offices to ensure a seamless continuation of service for our brokers and clients.

“We will continue to provide a full service with a strong commercial presence in the North with administrative functions being fulfilled from our office in Air Street.”

The announcement coincides with Amicus’ decision to centralise operational functions at its HQ in Manchester.
